Kelly Kapoor
Kelly Rajniganha Kapoor was born in February 4, 1980. She is the Customer Service Representative of Dunder Mifflin. She is the office chatterbox, usually in topics a teenager might discuss, such as boys, dating, and celebrity gossip. Kelly is Indian-American, but frequently professes incorrect knowledge about her heritage or religion. She dated Ryan in the beginning of season 2 but he then broke up with her after he accepted the job at corporate at the end of season 3, episode "The Job". She then started dating Darryl to make him jealous but only wanted to be with him for that reason. They then got back together after Ryan returned to Dunder Mifflin and got married without anyone knowing. They then got divorced but stayed boyfriend/girlfriend. He is constantly her on/off boyfriend. She spent one year in the juvenile detention center for stealing her ex-boyfriend's father's boat. She has a father and mother, who were put together through an arranged marriage. She also has 4 sisters, one who is deceased. The living ones are Roopa, Neepa, and Tiffany. It is also stated that she hates her middle name. At the end of season 6 she was accepted in the Sabre minority executive training program. In the season 7 Kelly starts acting more professional after attending the minority executive training program from Yale. In "Counseling", Kelly is the one who comes up with the idea that Dwight should Pretty Women the Steamtown Mall, but when Jim says that it is a good idea, she does not remember what she said. In a talking-head interview, she admits to the camera that she knows she talks a lot, so she's learned to tune herself out.
